The Jersey Shore Chefs Association, a non-profit organization, is holding its annual fundraiser - “Winterfest 2019 - A Tailgate to Remember” on Sunday, January 27. The event will include chef stations showcasing recipes from around the country, a Junior Hors d'Oeuvre Competition judged by all attendees, tailgate games, a silent auction, 50/50 and cash bar. All proceeds from the culinary event will benefit Fufill, Ocean of Love, and The Victor J. Houston Scholarship Fund.

Attendees will have the opportunity to taste specialties prepared by nine chefs from local organizations:
