Tom Yum Goong II
This former Princeton Thai destination has set up shop in East Windsor
YOU’LL be glad to know there is life after Princeton. Last summer a fire destroyed Tom Yum Goong in downtown Princeton, but less than a year later owner Somm Bolsue has opened version 2.0 in East Windsor where it seems to be thriving. While he still hopes to re-open in Princeton eventually, he’s been gratified to see how many customers have followed him and his loyal staff several miles east. My guess is that many of them already lived east of Route 1, and find the new digs plenty convenient. And even from my home in Montgomery, I’d happily make the drive.
